The team
The firm’s strength is the combination of disciplines under one roof. Engagements draw on the most relevant qualification for the matter rather than forcing every problem into a single professional lens. Below is the firm’s leadership and a representation of the wider team.

FCA, CS
CA Premlata Purohit is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She founded the firm in August 2012 and has since led its evolution into a multidisciplinary practice. Her practice areas include statutory audit, direct taxation, transfer pricing, faceless assessment representation and corporate restructuring. She has served listed entities, private limited companies across manufacturing and services, charitable trusts and high net worth individuals. Beyond client mandates, she is engaged in the firm's quality control framework and peer review preparation. She is based in Mumbai and is reachable through the firm's office for new engagements.
